Maddie Raedts Founder & Chief Creative Officer at IMA has been at the forefront of harnessing the power of international bloggers and digital influencers since 2010, when she played a key role in the development of the fashion inspiration platform Fashiolista.com. After realising the impact of digital influencers in marketing she co-founded IMA with Emilie Tabor. She leads a young, international team who are responsible for pioneering how brands work with influencers to engage audiences across the globe. As a CCO, Maddie is responsible for advising clients on strategy when working with influencers & talent, while always keeping the match of influencers and aesthetic quality of creative in mind. Throughout her career, she has secured many partnerships and developed concepts for leading brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Samsung, TomTom and Farfetch. Maddie was featured on Forbes’ 2017 30under30 Europe: Media list. She was also mentioned in The Drum 2017 ‘50 under 30’ list and the M&M Global Meet the Millennials 2016 list.
